I'm trying to join my video link, but my JOIN button is grey and unclickable

1. If the join button is grayed out, please check your schedule on the screen.

2. If you need to reschedule, please log-in to CoachArt Connect with your registered email to reschedule:

   1. My Activities tab
   2. Find the class and click “Reschedule” next to the class
   3. Change all classes or only one class to your desired time
   4. Come back and refresh the page
   5. You should be able to join now
